Persimmon (kaki), also known as Diospyros - "Fruit of the Gods," is one of the oldest fruits preserved on Earth. It is rich in minerals & vitamins and in various cultures,  symbolizes longevity and simplicity.

Our strong alcohol drink is produced from the primary raw material (Persimmon, Kaki) cultivated at our farm in Kvareli, East Georgia.
